- Lemon Peppered NY Steak / NY Steak prepared with Lemon Halves, crushed peppers, olive oil, minced garlic, and sea salt. (Please add an additional $15.00 per person)
- Marinated Hawaiian Rib Eye with Lemon Pepper Sauce /Beef marinated in a delicious combination of honey, tamari, and Worcestershire sauce. Rib eyes are frequently basted and slowly grilled to your preference then sliced into thin strips. Served with a zesty sauce made of fresh lemon juice, pepper, salt, and sugar that can be enjoyed for dipping or drizzled over beef. (Please add an additional $15.00 per person)
- Hawaiian Style Beef Ribs Ribs or Braised Short Ribs /Hawaiian Style Beef Ribs. The ribs are prepared ahead of time to marinade for 3 hours in some of our finest ingredients including hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic, sesame oils, hot chile sesame oil, five spice powder, dry mustard, dry sherry, and honey. These tasty ribs are poached prior to grilling for a very juicy and tender delight. Our Hawaiian Style Beef Ribs can be enjoyed either hot or at room temperature and are served aside cilantro sprigs and thinly sliced pineapples as well as dipping sauce. - Soy Lemon grass Beef / Shredded Pork that is slowly roasted in Lemon Grass, Sesame Oil, Five Spice Powder, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Bay Leaves, Sautéed Onions, and Chopped Potatoes. This dish is marinated for 3-3 days and slowly cooked for 3-5 hours (Please add an additional $7.00 per person)
· Kahlua Pork / Shredded pork that is smoked in Taro Leaves and cooked in sea salt for 2-5 hours
· Hawaiian BBQ Pork / Shredded pork that is cooked for 2-3 hours with our Island BBQ Sauce.
- Crispy Pata Pork/ This is another local favorite. The pig is cooked to till golden brown and then is chopped in pieces that is served with a Hawaiian BBQ Dipping Sauce= $8.00 per person (Please add an additional $4.00 per person)

- Lau Lau Pork = A local Hawaiian favorite. The pork is slowly cooked in sea salt and wrapped inside taro leaves and steamed inside a banana leaf for many hours. (Please add an additional $8.00 per person)

- Hawaiian Style Baby Back Ribs /For a healthy red meat, try our reduced fat Asian-Style Baby Back Ribs. The ribs are prepared ahead of time to marinade for 3 hours in some of our finest ingredients including hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic, sesame oils, hot chile sesame oil, five spice powder, dry mustard, dry sherry, and honey. These tasty ribs are poached prior to grilling for a very juicy and tender delight. Our Asian-Style Baby Back can be enjoyed either hot or at room temperature and are served aside cilantro sprigs and thinly sliced oranges as well as dipping sauce. - Hawaiian Grilled Pork Tenderloin /Enjoy the tasty experience of our grilled Caribbean Pork Tenderloin. Thin slices of pork marinated with some of our freshest ingredients such as fresh orange juice, sliced green onions, freshly minced garlic, fresh lime juice also combined with vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg, Serrano pepper, ground Allspice and tamari for enhanced flavor. It is then cooked over a hot grill with sliced ripe pineapple, and soft plaintains. This Caribbean dish is usually served and enjoyed with fresh sliced fruits. - BBQ Grilled Pork Chops /These 1-inch thick pork chops are sprinkled with just the right amount of sea salt and ground pepper for perfect seasoning. They are lightly brushed with extra virgin olive oil then slowly grilled to perfection. (Please add an additional $8.00 per person)
- Taro Smoked Leg of Lamb / Leg of lamb is grilled over wood chips and taro leaves. We prepare our lamb with Olive Oil, Brown Sugar or Maple Syrup, Balsamic Vinegar, crushed peppers, sea salt, and minced rosemary. (Please add an additional $25.00 per person)
- Lemon Peppered with Sea Salt Lamb Chops / Garnished with rosemary leaves (Please add an additional $25.00 per person)
- Hawaiian Lamb Kebabs / prepared Lemon Juice, Crushed Peppers, and sea salt. (Please add an additional $15.00 per person)

Vegetarian:
· Grilled Veggie Tostadas / Grilling brings out the natural flavor and sweetness of zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, eggplant and onion in these savory tostadas. Grill whole wheat tortillas for a crispy base and top with fresh, vine ripened tomato salsa, sliced avocado and a squeeze of lime.
· Spicy Vegetable Chow Mein / Noodles have been a part of Chinese cuisine ever since the Han Dynasty almost 2000 years ago. This dish is refreshingly spicy, crunchy and light.
· Hawaiian Vegetarian Paella / Enjoy our Hawaiian vegetarian version of classic Spanish paella. We used organic ingredients and added lima beans, pineapples, mangos, and peas for extra flavor and protein. Topping with grilled tempeh would provide an even bigger protein boost.
· Pele’s Vegetable Delight / We stir fry the veggies with sesame seed, minced garlic, splash of soy sauce, and finished with chopped pineapples.
· Hawaiian Tempeh Skewers
· Sesame Teriyaki Tofu
· Tofu Mango Ceviche or Tahitian Tofu Cru/ Traditional ceviche is a popular Peruvian dish featuring raw fish marinated in lemon juice. In this vegetarian version, jalapeño, lime, cilantro, garlic, mangoes, sesame seed, and ginger add a spicy kick while coconut milk and tofu provide a soothing, creamy counter-balance.
